Pool pumps

The pool pump is an essential part of any swimming pool system. The pump keeps the water circulating through the system and ensures that it passes through the filter.

A pump that is correctly matched to your pool and filter is therefore essential for effective water circulation and filtration.

We supply, install, maintain, repair and replace pool pumps. We work with brands including DBM and AstralPool.

Replacing a pool pump

Is your pool pump no longer working properly, making unusually loud noises, or reaching the end of its service life?

We can inspect your existing installation and determine whether the pump can be repaired or whether replacement would be the better solution.

When replacing a pump, we look at the entire installation. The new pump needs to be correctly matched to the pool, filter and required water circulation, among other factors.

We normally install pool pumps with power ratings of 0.75 HP, 1 HP and 1.5 HP.

The right pump depends on the existing installation and the required capacity. That is why we always assess the complete system before recommending a pump.

Our brands

We work with DBM and AstralPool.

We deliberately choose equipment that we trust and stand behind. After all, we also maintain and repair the systems we install. Reliability, service life and the availability of spare parts therefore play an important role in our selection.

Variable-speed pool pumps

A pool pump does not always need to run at full speed.

We install both pumps with integrated variable-speed control and separate variable-frequency drives (VFDs) that can be installed in front of an existing pump.

This allows the pump speed to be adjusted to the required water circulation. This can be particularly interesting if you want to reduce the energy consumption of your pool system.

Upgrading an existing pool pump

Already have a pump that works well, but would like it to operate more efficiently?

Depending on your installation, we can assess whether a separate variable-frequency drive is a suitable solution.

This means that an existing pump may not always need to be replaced completely.

Pool pump repairs

A fault does not automatically mean that the entire pump needs to be replaced.

We first inspect the pump to determine what is wrong. If a repair is possible, we carry it out. If replacement is the better option, we can supply and install a new pump.

Because we keep many spare parts in stock, we can carry out many common repairs quickly.

Pool pump and filter

The pool pump and pool filter work together. The pump provides water circulation, while the filter removes impurities from the water.

If either component is not functioning correctly, this can affect water quality.

That is why, as part of our regular pool maintenance, we check both the pump and the filter.
